Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The applicable laws of India shall be used to interpret this User Agreement. All legal actions resulting from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore. Any disagreement or dispute between the parties hereto regarding the interpretation or otherwise of any provision of this User Agreement shall be submitted to an impartial arbitrator who will be chosen by rkfarm Stores, and his decision shall be final and binding upon the parties hereto. The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time, shall apply to the aforementioned arbitration. Coimbatore is where the arbitration will take place. Only the High Court of Judicature in Coimbatore shall have jurisdiction, and Indian law shall govern.

Termination

Any such termination shall be without liability for rkfarm Stores.
