Delivery Information
Orders are only delivered via registered domestic courier services and/or fast post. Orders are dispatched 48 hours after being placed or by the delivery date specified at the time the order was confirmed, subject to courier company or post office service policies. RKfarm Store and rkfarm store only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 48 hours of the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, and is not responsible for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities.
We use reputable courier partners to ship the products to assure their safe and prompt delivery. Before the goods are delivered, if you suspect that the packaging has been tampered with, kindly refuse the item and notify our customer care, including your purchase reference number. We'll do everything we can to get you a new delivery as soon as possible. All orders will only ever be delivered to the buyer's registered address as it appears on their credit or debit card (unless otherwise stated at the time of transaction). Any damage to the order that occurs while it is being delivered to the buyer is not our responsibility.
Non-delivery of Package

We shall consider the order to be closed if a package is returned to us due to an outdated or erroneous address. Please double-check your entry to make sure it is current and accurate. By asking the buyer for a different address, we will endeavour to solve this issue before delivering. The order shall not be handled and the status shall be deemed closed if the alternate address is not accessible.
