CHETTINAD CHICKEN MASALA

For Gravy :

• Add 200ml oil in a kadai, curry leaves and 1tbsp of ginger garlic paste and stir for 2 mins.

• Add 1 kg of chicken pieces and saute for 2 minutes

• Now add the ground paste & continue to stir for 2 minutes.

• Add salt to taste, add enough water & cover with a lid .Cook until required consistency.

• Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
